Christmas time means party time!
It’s never been such a social whirl for Sydney School of Arts & Humanities as this December with an invitation to a party to attend at every turn.
We were honoured to go along one evening to the Lord Mayor Clover Moore’s festivity in the Town Hall, where we were treated to canapes and a visual extravaganza of the range of community activities the City has been supporting all year.
The City of Sydney Council extends a subsidy for office and meet up accommodation to SSOA, along with so many community organisations throughout the city. With this subsidy we are able to run 3 writing group meet ups a week in our Millers Point-The Rocks premises, encouraging emerging writers to develop their work to international publication standard.
